I just heard about this and I'm extremely excited! It appears that my favorite teenage vampire romance series is going to be made into a TV show!
The Vampire Diaries by LJ Smith are (in my opinion) the best in their genre. They were published originally in 1993 and continue to be relevant. (Well, as relevant as teenage vampire romance could ever be.)
In any case, I'm anxious to see how things pan out.
